If there is an outstanding balance on your registration, you will not be able to log-in to the platform. In order to pay your balance, please call +1-888-241-3525 and choose Option 7. Once you have paid your registration fee, it will take approximately 15-30 minutes for the system to update so that you are able to log-in to the event platform.

 

How to Login:

  • If you attended the Latin America Forum or North America Community Meeting earlier this year, you may use the password you created for those events for the Europe Community Meeting. If not, proceed as follows.

    • Under the “Already Registered?” section, click on the “Forgot your password?” link.

    • This will prompt you to enter the email address used when registering.

    • You will receive an email from noreply@6connexnotifications.com prompting you to click a link and reset your password.

    • After you reset your password, return to this login page and enter your email and new password to enter the event.

You should receive the password reset email within 10 minutes. If you do not receive the email prompting you to reset your password, please check your Spam or Junk folders or a quarantine folder. If it is not there, check with your internal IT team to see if your company email filter may have blocked the email from: noreply@6connexnotifications.com.
